Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
SHIPPING:
Because our products are located in different warehouses across the country, you may get your order in more than one package. If you receive part of your order, please check your account for additional tracking numbers.
Any issues with your order must be made within 15 days of delivery. If your order has been lost in the mail, please notify us right away and no later than 30 days, 45 days for international or Military bases.
REFUNDS: We want you to love Wonder Curl products! Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. In the event that you don't love our products, we would be happy to work with you on the methods used to apply the products. If you received the wrong item, please email info@wondercurl.com.
To complete your return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. Once we receive your product, please allow 7-10 business days for a refund.
Refunds are issued for the cost of your order less the shipping cost.
Sorry, gift cards can not be returned.
Claims for porch piracy or 'delivered but not there' should be made 48 hours after the delivered date and will be given a store credit for the amount of purchase. Lost packages will also be given a store credit for the amount of the purchase.
