Refund, Return, Shipping Policies

CANCEL ORDER:

We can only cancel your order before it ships. Once it has been handed over to the courier, we no longer have access to it and cannot cancel. You can refuse delivery and issue return to sender for a refund for the cost of your order less shipping.

SHIPPING:

Orders typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage (sometimes UPS or FedEx depending on cost). Expedited shipping is 2-Day Air UPS. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.

If there are issues with your order, you should contact your local post office first. They will be able to help locate the package or explain what happened. Just do an Internet search with "your city, state and post office" to get the direct number. If your order was misdelivered, they would be able to redeliver. And then contact us to keep us updated on your package so that we can send a replacement if necessary.

Any issues with your order must be made within 15 days of delivery. If your order has been lost in the mail, please notify us right away and no later than 30 days, 45 days for international or Military bases. 

REFUNDS:

We want you to love Wonder Curl products! Refunds are issued within 30 days of delivery. In the event that you don't love our products, we would be happy to work with you on the methods used to apply the products. If you received the wrong item, please email info@wondercurl.com. 

To complete your return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip, if no packing slip, include your order number so we know where to refund. Once we receive your product, please allow 7-10 business days for a refund. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Customer is responsible for any duties and fees including any fees incurred during the return. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product less the shipping fee and any miscellaneous fees incurred by the company. International orders are shipped via DHL Express. 

Refunds are issued for the cost of your order less the shipping cost. 

Sorry,  gift cards can not be returned. 

Claims for porch piracy or 'delivered but not there' should be made 48 hours after the delivered date and will be given a store credit for the amount of purchase. Lost packages will also be given a store credit for the amount of the purchase. Please contact your local post office first as they may be able to locate your package.
